We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the reliability and functionality of our enterprise products. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks, ensuring the quality of our cloud management platform, and contributing to the overall testing strategy. 

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the automation and overall quality strategy across projects.
• Design, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with robust quality gates.
• Lead performance and reliability testing initiatives.
• Define and monitor quality metrics and continuously improve testing effectiveness.
• Conduct risk assessments and support release readiness decisions.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to embed quality early in the development lifecycle.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in automation and performance testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong API testing experience.
• Experience testing cloud-based systems (AWS preferred).
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, or Locust).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures. Experience
• Experience working in Agile environments.
