We are currently seeking talented and experienced Software Quality Analysts to ensure the reliability and functionality of our enterprise products. You’ll work closely with our R&D teams to identify and resolve defects, test new features, and accelerate the delivery of our products on cutting-edge platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases based on requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, particularly related to Kubernetes deployment and management.
- Monitor and log Kubernetes clusters using tools like Splunk, Datadog, and Komodor.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to pod restarts or failures in Kubernetes.
- Perform rigorous regression testing to ensure new changes don’t introduce defects.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clear and concise test documentation.
- Stay up to date with the latest testing tools, containerization practices, and industry best practices.
What you’ll need
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or software development.
- Kubernetes Experience: Proficiency in deploying, managing, and scaling applications using Kubernetes, including troubleshooting pod issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk, Datadog, and Komodor.
- Containerization: Strong knowledge of Docker for container creation, management, and orchestration (e.g., docker-compose).
- CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating containerization with CI/CD pipelines using tools like CircleCI.
- Linux OS Troubleshooting: Expertise in Linux command line tools, system administration, and network troubleshooting using tools like netstat and tcpdump.
- Python: Proficiency in writing Python scripts for automation, debugging, and using frameworks like Pytest and Unites’.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with development teams, report findings, and suggest improvements.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate identification of defects.
- Organizational Skills: Understanding of Scrum methodology and experience managing a backlog within a sprint framework.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Docker &/or other container technologies.
