People and Culture Associate

We are looking for a motivated People & Culture Associate to support our HR and administrative operations. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is interested in people management, workplace culture, and day-to-day organizational support.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records.
  • Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee queries and support basic employee relations matters.
  • Support performance review and feedback processes.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and culture activities.
  • Maintain HR policies, documentation, and records.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Support internal meetings, events, and general administrative tasks.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or administration.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
