We are looking for a motivated People & Culture Associate to support our HR and administrative operations. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is interested in people management, workplace culture, and day-to-day organizational support.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records.
- Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee queries and support basic employee relations matters.
- Support performance review and feedback processes.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and culture activities.
- Maintain HR policies, documentation, and records.
- Handle day-to-day office administration, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Support internal meetings, events, and general administrative tasks.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or administration.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
